Withdrawals are processed within 3–24 hours depending on the selected payment method. Withdrawals requiring KYC verification may take longer. bmk88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits.
Any attempt to manipulate the system — including bonus arbitrage, use of automated software (bots), unauthorised collusion between players, or any form of fraud — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

BMK88 reserves the right to request KYC verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for first-time withdrawals or those exceeding certain limits. Documents that may be required include a copy of your ID, recent bank statement, and proof of payment method.
BMK88 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges, which are beyond BMK88's control. Please check with your bank for further details.
Reminder: All deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name. BMK88 will return deposits made from third-party accounts and reserves the right to suspend the relevant account for further investigation.
All bonuses and promotions offered by BMK88 are subject to specified rollover requirements. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly without first fulfilling the applicable rollover conditions. The rollover requirement for each promotion is clearly stated on the respective promotion page.
The welcome bonus of up to RM600 on your first deposit is subject to a 10x rollover requirement. This means that if you receive a bonus of RM300, you must place bets totalling RM3,000 (RM300 × 10) before the bonus funds and any associated wins can be withdrawn. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per account.

All wagers confirmed by the BMK88 system are final and cannot be cancelled, except under specific circumstances outlined in the relevant sports rules. Players are fully responsible for verifying the accuracy of their wagers before confirming a transaction.
The outcome of all bets is determined based on official results issued by the relevant sports governing body or official data sources used by bmk88. In the event of a dispute, bmk88 reserves the right to refer to official data sources, and the decision made by our analyst team is final.
If a technical disruption occurs during an active bet, bmk88 will endeavour to settle the bet based on the official result of the event in question. In cases where a fair settlement cannot be made, the bet will be voided and the wagering amount will be returned to the player's account.
Odds displayed on the bmk88 platform are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds value at the time of bet confirmation is the applicable value, not the odds that may differ at the time the market opened. bmk88 is not responsible for any odds discrepancies arising from network delays on the user's end.

Consequences of Violation: BMK88 reserves the right to close accounts, forfeit all funds, report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities, and pursue legal action against any individual found to be involved in prohibited activities.
You may close your BMK88 account at any time by contacting our customer support. Prior to closure, all eligible cash balances available for withdrawal will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Any bonus balance that has not met the rollover requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Any account showing no activity for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. BMK88 reserves the right to impose a monthly maintenance fee on inactive account balances after the 12-month period.
